Service after the Sale
Our job is not finished when we hand you the keys to your fancy new system. Electronics can and will fail, and while we hope you never experience a problem with your system, the reality is that you will. If the need for service arises, we will be there for you. We offer a full 10 year wiring and workmanship guarantee. This covers all of our internal wiring in your house and all of our workmanship. If you are to experience a problem with a faulty wire or the actual workmanship of what we have done, simply call our office to schedule a prompt service call. Of course, negligence or carelessness of others is not covered in our warranty.
Each manufacturer offers a warranty on their product, as outlined below. We offer a one-year free service call warranty to go along with your manufacturers warranty. If you have a problem with a component during the first year, we will come to your house free of charge to attend to your needs. In most cases, we will arrange a loaner unit while yours is being repaired. Once your unit is repaired, we will re-install it again, free of charge.
